  • – We encourage you to drink plenty of clean water (with salt and/or minerals is even better) before and after the session. 

    – Please do not consume caffeine, drugs, alcohol, or heavy/processed foods in the 12 hours preceding the session (if you are a regular intermittent faster, please proceed accordingly, but increase water intake slightly). 

    – Please turn off device notifications and otherwise reduce distractions. 

    – Please prepare by arriving 5 minutes early with the following
    ** Water
    ** Journal and/or drawing pad
    ** Place to sit or lie comfortably, undisturbed

    The session will be recorded (unless you request otherwise) and shared with you via private link to download. You will have 3 months to download and save before it deletes, per my privacy policy.

    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We follow all ethical rules and regulations.  

    Legal details, made easy: We collect a name and contact details so we can provide healing sessions and communicate with you. This information is never shared with anyone, unless required by law, and is removed from the system after 3 years. 

    So how might we use your information…? Only to deliver sessions and respond to your questions – you can also ask us to not record or delete the session or any of your information at any time.

    We will record the session to share the replay, password protected, with you. This will be deleted within 3 months for your privacy, unless you request sooner. During that time, we will never share any aspect of the video with anyone, ever, unless you request otherwise.
