November Full Moon Release

An opening Cacao Ceremony is followed by Breathwork and an Intuitive Reiki-infused Meditation for greater insight through deep relaxation under the Full Moon. 

In a sacred space, engage with your Inner Self through a guided journey, supported by heart-opening cacao, the ocean air, and healing sound frequencies. Release outdated thoughts, beliefs and feelings with Grandmother Moon and the Cleansing Fire.

We will provide:
— Cleansing Fire
— yoga mats and cushions
— pen and paper for Fire Release
— Cacao (please contact me for gluten-free or allergies)

Please bring:
— cup for cacao
— comfortable clothing and/or blankets
    — note: this is outside around a fire pit; there will be sand and smoke from the fire
— a journal (optional)
— any crystal, feather, or other items to support your journey (optional)
